Roundtrip fares to Hawaii for under $200? Yes, please!
While Hawaii has been struggling with overtourism of late, after August's devastating wildfires on Maui, tourism is way down (as much as 60%) and the local tourism board has said that responsible, respectful travelers are welcome to all areas of Maui except Lahaina, and to all other areas of the Hawaiian islands. Check out the Sustainable Tourism Association of Hawaii for information and tools to help you plan a trip the right way.
Routes available in this deal include Oakland or SFO to Kona for $179 roundtrip, San Jose for $181, and Sacramento for $194. Kona is one of two main airports on Hawaii island, also known as the Big Island. These are some of the lowest fares we've seen to the island since late September, when prices from San Jose dropped to $130 roundtrip and prices from Phoenix were $173 roundtrip.
